Exchanges, Returns & Refunds

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All items are shipped via USPS.

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. Please allow for extended shipping times due to delays caused by COVID-19 and current supply chain constraints.

If you haven’t received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at puzzleinfo@piecesofusbyus.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

We currently ship in the US and Canada. International shipping rates vary and will be displayed at checkout. All shipping fees are non-refundable once the item has shipped, and shipping fees are subject to change based on carrier rates.

International buyers, please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost, and these charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what additional expenses you may incur before completing your purchase.

Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders unless otherwise explicitly stated in promotional emails or on the website.

Our return policy is effective for 30 days since receiving your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For refunds (if applicable), please send an email to puzzleinfo@piecesofusbyus.com with your full name, order number, item description, and the reason for your return.


Return requests for orders received and delivered after 30 days will be politely declined. We hope you understand. If 30 days have gone by since your order has been delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or a refund.

 

If you believe an error has occurred due to a mistake on our part, first of all, please accept our sincerest apologies! Your satisfaction is of the highest importance to us! We are happy to replace or exchange any items that are in error.
