Welcome! I'm William Toliver, the creative mind behind WHTART. It's my vision to create work that openly resists, disregards, eludes, and challenges our limits by doing the impossible without fear. Because now is the time to imagine the world as it should be. Now is the time to redefine the limits of possibility. Because even the smallest impossibilities are examples of what is possible. Together we can imagine something different. So dream loudly and dare to inspire. Remember, I Defy Gravity.

The Book of Isaiah the Great. As we get older, our perspective of the world changes as we deepen our understanding of life and all its challenges. From the words of those who came before us to the books we read to our experiences and mistakes — so many things influence our growth as people daily. Our past experiences shape who we are and help us grow. From generation to generation, it is our job to pass on what we have learned, helping those who come after us build a better world.
